Advocacy with Dignity
WebQ is founded on the principal of advocating with dignity. We represent LGBTQIA+ people as critical, contributing members of society; we expand acceptance and celebration of our community.
We accept resources from any organization or individual. These resources are deployed to fuel progress towards our mission and vision in accordance with our values.
Outcome-Oriented Philanthropy
Design Justice
Our organization, our systems, and our programs, are governed in accordance with the design justice principles. These principles ensure historically peripheral communities are represented at the onset. WebQ’s project plans and resource deployments are guided by a governing body representing a broad spectrum of lived experiences.
Aspiration + Affluence
WebQ showcases LGBTQIA+ community members as aspirational figures, affluent leaders, and compassionate role models. We highlight the success stories in our community and the great strides we have taken since the beginning of our human rights movement.
Our community members, when given the proper resources, can leverage their lived experiences to cultivate abundance and prosperity for themselves and the community at large. WebQ is designing systems for our tribes to follow in the footsteps of giants while leading the next generation to security and prosperity.
